Job Description:

Continuous Improvement Specialist. This role is critical in driving and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, lead problem-solving efforts, and implement best practices to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. What you will be responsible for: Continuous Improvement Initiatives Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects. Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality improvement efforts. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements. Training and Development: Provide training and support for staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization. Develop and deliver training materials on quality improvement methodologies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment on continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in cross-functional teams to address challenges and improve overall product delivery. Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

What you will need to be successful in this role: Preferred bachelors degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or continuous improvement roles. Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) Skills: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
