Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst of Loyalty Partnerships is responsible for increasing the number of new non-airline TrueBlue partners and supporting the continued growth of the program. This role will support the broader Loyalty strategy by identifying new partners to bring into the TrueBlue ecosystem. Through this candidate’s work, JetBlue will look to offer additional opportunities for TrueBlue members to both earn and burn their TrueBlue points across a broad spectrum of partners. This role will also both be responsible for managing existing non-air partners and identifying new, innovative ways for customers to integrate TrueBlue into their everyday activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Pair market research with qualitative & quantitative analysis to make strategic partnership decisions that will enhance the value of our TrueBlue Program & credit card portfolio
- Effectively lead calls with potential & current partners
- Manage & continually evaluate current partnerships to help grow performance and enhance the value of our TrueBlue Program & credit card portfolio
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations related to all partners: working with our loyalty marketing team, ensuring legal and branding compliance, tracking financial metrics, and budgeting
- Partner with cross functional teams (IT, Accounting, Finance, Revenue Management, Customer Support, Marketing) to execute on both our strategic direction and activations
- Evaluate new tech opportunities that will help us scale our partnership business
- Partner with revenue accounting and marketing analytics teams to ensure all financial reporting and forecasting is accurate and distributed appropriately
