We are seeking an HR Specialist to manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment, handle employee relations, benefits, and compliance, support HR projects, drive clear communication, and deliver engaging employee experiences from onboarding to development. 

Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
• Publish and manage job advertisements;
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews;
• Coordinate interviews with managers and stakeholders;
• Support and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process;
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to strengthen Lufthansa Technik Portugal’s presence in the job spanet
• Design and manage internal and external communication plans, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging
• Support and continuously improve onboarding programs for new employees
• Support payroll by processing and calculating overtime, night hours, and other payments
• Oversee time, attendance, and absences (overtime, hour bank, holidays, sick leave)

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
• Experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
