Description:WHAT WERE DOING

THE WORK
• Support the Rotary LOB but will eventually expand to the broader RMS and Delivery Management enterprise integration efforts

• Manage supplier deliveries and brief status to Product Centers (Rotary)

• Travel to internal customer and supplier sites for meetings and reviews - 20 to 30

• Help extract and analyze data to support metrics

• Liaison with internal business area Operations internal customer to gather priorities, initiatives and deliver value.

• Collaborate with Operations and Program teams to develop risk profiles for material and return to green plans.

• Help implement change management and training.

• Help manage projects to ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience in a related field

• 1-2 years’ experience with data visualization tools & material tools (e.i., Tableau, SAP, SMM, SDS, etc)
Desired Skills:
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Expert in utilizing excel and extracting data for analyzing that will drive actions.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
