The CustomerService Agent (CYB-ATO) will report to the Station Manager (CYB-ATO) and willbe responsible for attending to passenger check-in and associateddocumentation.
Summary of keyresponsibilities:
▪ Providesexcellent customer service to our customers and internal team members
▪ Mustbe well groomed in appearance and adhere to uniform appearance standards
▪ Responsiblefor assisting customers with travel needs such as answering inquiries,ticketing, checking-in passengers, and boarding flights
▪ Performboarding and gate duties, such as checking flight tickets, assisting anddirecting passengers and making announcements
▪ Occasionallyresponsible for escorting and providing assistance to unaccompanied minors anddisabled passengers throughout the airport on departure and arrival
▪ Finalizedocuments connected with assignments and procedures
▪ May beassigned to perform duties in varying capacities, at the direction ofmanagement to ensure complete customer satisfaction
▪ Anyother duties as assigned
RequirementsQualifications,Skills & Experience:
Essential
▪ Highschool diploma or equivalent with O’ level passes in Maths, Geography andEnglish
▪ Minimumof 1 year position related experience Operations, and Airline Systems
▪ Aclean Police Clearance Certificate is a necessity
▪ Possessexceptional interpersonal skills
▪ Abilityto work as part of a team and independently
▪ Commitmentto promote airline operational efficiency to Cayman Airways Ltd.,
▪ Mustbe computer literate
▪ Abilityto learn and operate a computerized reservation system
▪ Excellentverbal and written communication skills
▪ Mustbe customer oriented and committed to delivering a consistently high level ofcustomer service at all times
▪ Excellenttime management, organizational and customer service skills
Desirable
▪ Abilityto speak a foreign language, (preferably Spanish)
▪ Previousairline experience
SpecialConditions
▪ Whenworking on the ramp, agents will be exposed to the elements, extreme heat andrain and subject to noisy conditions
▪ Mustbe able to work nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays and overtime
▪ Mustbe able to handle customer complaints and maintain an understanding andprofessional attitude
▪ Mustbe physically fit, in order to stand for long periods of time and to lift andmove baggage up to 70lbs daily
Training
Must attend and successfully complete a 4-6weeks training program and maintain an average of 80 grade point averagethroughout.
