Crew Logistics Specialist
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the role:
Arrange and optimize travel arrangements (positioning plan, accommodation, and transport) for Wizz Air Group crew members and external crew members. Coordinate and support Logistics teams within all AOC.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain liaison communication with all Crew Logistics Teams from all AOCs.
- Manage and coordinate daily tasks and responsibilities of Logistic Assistants.
- Support WAH and WMT logistics assistants in hotel accommodation and transportation arrangements for crew members based on their planned schedules.
- Arrange hotel accommodation and transportation for external crew without planned schedules.
- Control and optimize costs by finding and choosing the most economical positioning solution in a timely manner; participate in selecting and implementing cost-efficient solutions in Crew Logistics.
- Cooperate with Operation Control, Operations Planning, and Training Planning departments.
- Train and onboard new Crew Logistics team joiners.
- Maintain liaison communication with crew members.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation of booking requests.
- Support validation and approval of crew logistics-related invoices.
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and SOPs related to Crew Logistics.
- Provide support in travel arrangements for other internal departments.
- Participate actively in testing and developing applications used in Crew Logistics.
- Manage Commuting Tickets for Family members of commuting crew.
- Arrange Conference room bookings of crew trainings.
- Actively participate in weekly follow-up sessions related to Crew Logistics.
- Deputize other Crew Logistics team members.
