We are looking for a Creative Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, detail-oriented individual who understands how to craft powerful, culturally relevant creative concepts from idea to execution, elevating the brand through compelling storytelling, narrative quality, clarity, and persuasion while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to build integrated communication solutions focused on creativity, effectiveness, innovation, and brand differentiation.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in content and/or creative roles, either in agencies or in-house teams, with a strong focus on conceptual thinking and creative copywriting.
- Proven experience developing campaigns, brand narratives, digital content, scripts, headlines, concepts, specs, and multichannel communication materials.
- Experience translating business briefs into solid, relevant, high-impact creative proposals aligned with strategic objectives.
- Experience collaborating closely with design, production, media, brand, and other creative disciplines to ensure integrated ideas and consistent execution.
- Experience designing, documenting, and implementing workflows with internal teams, ensuring follow-up, clarity, and effective feedback.
- Experience leading creative projects or teams, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, presenting ideas to senior stakeholders, and providing visibility on progress, challenges, and team needs.
- Creative portfolio required.
- Experience with tools such as Monday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote is desirable.
- Completed courses in advertising creativity or creative schools are desirable.
Skills to succeed:
- Excellent creative writing, storytelling, grammar, and spelling in Spanish.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, preferably B2+ level, both written and spoken.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop powerful, culturally relevant creative ideas.
- High attention to detail and craft, ensuring a high creative standard in every deliverable.
- Ability to explore new narratives, formats, and cultural trends that strengthen brand relevance.
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to coordinate ideation sessions with internal teams and key areas.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and identify creative development opportunities within the team.
- Strong presentation storytelling skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
