CONFORMITY ADMINISTRATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITIONSUMMARY: Performs Quality tasks associated with preparing data packages forsupplemental type certificates (STC) and aircraft records. Review and identifyquality issues associated with STC and aircraft records to include propercompliance with stated procedures. Ensures that aircraft completion andmaintenance data packages are completed, reviewed and delivered to customer.
ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS:
1. Enter data and update work status in Comluxinternal software (e.g., enter typed resolutions, close continuations, attachscans etc.)
2. Audit Work Packages based on instruction andpre-established guidelines.
3. Coordinate with Planning and Quality Control forwork package corrections
4. Learn applicable FAA and foreign regulations
5. Support the Records Department in building STCand Maintenance packages.
6. Organize and file aircraft records (Task Cards,Certs, log Books, Customer Records)
7. Retrieve requested records 8. Other duties notspecifically covered herein but otherwise assigned.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:
1. High School Diploma or GED is required.
2. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in aviationpreferred.
3. 0-2 years’ experience working in recordsdepartment.
4. Ability to read, write, speak, and understandthe English language.
REQUIRED SKILLSAND ABILITIES:
1. Must be able to read blueprints.
2. Possess a high level attention to detail andtime management skills.
3. Must be able to properly utilize materials,reference guides and other resources.
4. Strong knowledge of MS Office software anddrafting software.
5. Ability to communicate openly, proactively andeffectively.
