How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) This Flight Operations Support (FOS) position will provide support to the Delta Aircrew Training Center Airline Transport Pilot – Certified Training Program (ATP-CTP) managed by Delta Professional Services (DPS). This role provides administrative support for the creation and maintenance of documentation as well as logistics for this FAA-approved program. This position will report to the Program Manager of ATP-CTP Operations at Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS: Construct class rosters Create student training foldersCollect and maintain required documentsProcess student voucher requestsArchiving of student training recordsSimulator/instructor schedulingCoordinate with multiple Delta departmentsSetup and breakdown of classroom Coordination, setup, and breakdown for Quarterly SIM Recurrent MeetingsAbility to safely lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 30 pounds.
