Accounts Payable II

Job Description:

DPP is seeking an Accounts Payable II professional for an opportunity in Sparks, Nevada.

Position summary:

In the Accounts Payable II role, you will reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
You will be responsible for accurate coding, verification, and electronic entry of Accounts Payable data into an Automated Accounting System.
Reconciliation of freight invoices to shipping database.
You will perform research as requested by internal/external auditors and PMs.
And you will maintain back-end scanning and record retention.

Required skills:

Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems
Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication
Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax requirements is a Plus!

Required education/equivalency:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required

Work arrangement:

W2 position; 4 months; onsite
